الشروط و الأحكام الخاصة بتسجيل الطالب

Registration is considered complete only when the following conditions have been fulfilled:

Submission of the required documents.
Successful completion of the placement tests.
Signing the Pledge of Support, if required.
Payment of the 1st term fees.
Submission of post-dated checks (PDC)

التسجيل:لا يعتبر الطالب مسجلاً في المدرسة  إلا  بعد تقديم جميع   الأوراق المطلوبة للتسجيل واجتياز امتحان القبول وتوقيع التعهدات المطلوبة إن لزم الأمر و دفع الرسوم المستحقة.

In the event of unsettled school fees, the school reserves the right to withhold reports/results and transfer certificates.

حجب الشهادات: يحق للمدرسة حجب التقرير الفصلي أو النتائج النهائية أو الامتناع عن اصدار شهادة نقل حتى تسوية الرسوم المدرسية المستحقة واستكمال الأوراق الناقصة من ملف الطالب.

Parents are encouraged to actively engage in monitoring their children's academic progress and offering both educational and emotional support when necessary.

تتوقع الإدارة من ولي الأمر أن يقوم بمتابعة تقدم أبنائهم في جميع الجوانب وتقديم الدعم الأكاديمي والرعوي اللازم عند الحاجة

The school ensures effective communication between parents and teachers through multiple channels, including a user-friendly online portal, well-organized parent-teacher meetings, convenient appointment booking options, and the utilization of the Class-Dojo platform.

التواصل بين المدرسة وولي الأمر يتم عن طريق البوابة الإلكترونية واجتماعات أولياء الأمور التي تحددها المدرسة أو عن طريق تحديد موعد مسبق او استخدام كلاس دوجو

The login credentials for the portal provided to parents are strictly meant for their use only and should not be shared with anyone, including students who have their own access to the portal.

البوابة الإلكترونية: اسم المستخدم والرقم السري الخاص بالبوابة الإلكترونية هو حساب خاص لولي الأمر فقط ولا يجب مشاركته مع الآخرين خاصة الطلاب حيث يوجد حساب خاص على البوابة الإلكترونية لكل طالب

The school policies are made available on the portal for parents to access. It is the responsibility of parents to familiarize themselves with these policies and ensure compliance with them.

تتم نشر سياسات المدرسة على البوابة الإلكترونية، ويتوجب على ولي الأمر قراءتها والالتزام بها بشكل مستمر

Student attendance is meticulously recorded on a daily basis in the system. Continuous unexcused absences for a period of (10) consecutive days or (15) non-consecutive days may lead to student expulsion. It is important to note that days designated for trips or events are considered instructional days, and students are expected to attend classes at school during these times. Early dismissals and tardiness are strictly prohibited and not permitted.

غياب الطلاب:  يتم ادخال غياب الطلاب على نظام ال eSIS  يومياً. غياب 10 أيام متصلة أو 15 يوم متقطعة بدون عذر مبرر موثق يؤدي الى فصل الطالب. في حال عدم ذهاب الطالب  للرحلات/الأنشطة عليه/ها الحضورللمدرسة لحضور حصصه الدراسية. لا يسمح بالحضور المتأخر والإنصراف المبكر.

The school expects exemplary student behavior at all times, including on campus, during school trips/events, and on the bus. Bullying in any form is not tolerated.

السلوك المتميز الإيجابي هو أمر متوقع من جميع الطلاب أثناء تواجدهم بالحرم المدرسي أو الحافلة المدرسية و أثناء الرحلات أو الفعاليات المدرسية. و لا تقبل إدارة الأكاديمية التنمر بأي شكل من الأشكال.

Students will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss they cause to school property, including electronic devices installed in classrooms.

يجب على جميع الطلاب احترام ممتلكات المدرسة و سيتحمل الطالب غرامة مالية في حال أضاع أو أتلاف ممتلكات المدرسة التي تشمل أجهزة الأيباد التي تعطيها المدرسة لبعض الصفوف.

The School strictly prohibits cheating and plagiarism. Any student found engaging in these activities will not receive any credit or marks for copied or plagiarized work, as well as for cheating during exams.

الغش و سرقة الملكية الفكرية:يمنع الغش بالأكاديمية بجميع صوره و من ضمنها عدم حفظ حقوق الملكية الفكرية. يتم حرمان الطالب من امتحان المادة ويرصد له صفر في امتحان المادة أو أي واجبات أو مهام منقولة.

Students are expected to arrive at school dressed in a tidy and appropriate uniform, which should also be worn during trips and activities.

.على جميع الطلاب الالتزام بالزي المدرسي حتى أثناء الرحلات المدرسية و الأنشطة اللاصفية.

Students are NOT allowed to bring mobile phones and/or electronic devices to school.

لا يسمح للطلاب احضار الهواتف النقالة أو الأجهزة الإلكترونية الخاصة إلى المدرسة و سيتم مصادرتها في حال احضارها.

The use of cameras, video/audio recording, and improper use of tablets/laptops by students and parents on school premises, during trips, and at events is strictly prohibited.

يمنع التقاط الصور أو التسجيلات المرئية و الصوتيةأو إساءة استخدام الأجهزة اللوحية أو الحاسوب في الحرم المدرسي والرحلات أو الفعاليات المدرسية من قبل الطلاب و أولياء الأمور.

Photographs of students taken by designated staff during regular school activities may be
 used in school publications, on the school website, and on social media platforms. If parents do not wish to grant permission for the use of their child's photos, they are kindly requested to inform the admission department via an official email.

يحق للمدرسة استخدام الصور التي يتم التقاطها للطلاب بالمدرسة أثناء الأنشطة المدرسية اليومية  في المطبوعات المدرسية و موقع المدرسة الإلكتروني و صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي وفي حال عدم رغبة ولي الأمر بذلك يرجى إرسال ايميل لقسم التسجيلز

The school administration reserves the right to conduct searches of student lockers, book bags, electronic devices, and the students themselves if there is reasonable cause or for safety measures.

يحق لأعضاء الإدارة المدرسية إجراء عمليات تفتيش لطلاب المدرسة، بما في ذلك خزاناتهم وحقائبهم المدرسية وأجهزتهم الإلكترونية، وذلك لأسباب تتعلق بالأمن والسلامة العامة. يتم احترام ضوابط التفتيش الشخصي ويتطلب الأمر وجود سبب مقنع لإجراء التفتيش.
